FACILITY RULES

Waiver Requirement

All participants must sign a waiver before using the batting cage. Parent/legal guardian must sign for minors.

SAFETY

FIRST

Maximum of 3 persons per single cage rental.
Helmets must be worn at all time while in the batting cage.
Wait for the pitching machine to come to a complete stop before entering the batting area.
Only one batter is allowed in the cage area at a time.
Spectators must stay behind protective barriers or in designated areas.
Follow the one-way walking path around the cages.

PROPER
EQUIPMENT

Use only approved bats and balls provided by the facility, unless prior permission is granted.
No cleats on the turf; wear clean, non-marking athletic shoes that tie. No slip-on shoes. Preferably, players wear slides to the facility and change into clean turf shoes once here.

SUPERVISION

An adult must supervise anyone under the age of 16 at all times
Facility staff reserves the right to end cage sessions without a refund if unsafe behavior is observed

MACHINES

Do not adjust or move pitching machines without staff assistance.
Wait for the pitching machine to come to a complete stop before entering the batting area.

TIME
MANAGEMENT

Arrive 5 minutes early to ensure you are ready to begin your session on time.
Respect your scheduled time slot; leave the cage promptly when your session ends.

BEHAVIOR

Treat the facility and its equipment with care. Damaged equipment must be reported immediately.
No horseplay, running, or throwing of bats.
No foul language. If you don’t have anything nice to say, say it into your glove.
No use of personal speakers. Headphones must be used. Phone calls must be taken in the lobby or outside.

CLEAN UP
AFTER YOURSELF

Pick up and return all balls to the bucket or designated area after your session.
Dispose of trash in the provided receptacles.

FOOD AND
DRINK

No food, gum, or drinks allowed on turf. Only water bottles are permitted on the benches outside of the cages.
Dispose of food and drink trash in trash bins.

COMPLIANCE

Follow all posted rules and staff instructions. Failure to comply can result in removal from the facility without a refund.
